How do I put a Votel form on a client's existing website and have it trigger an automation?

In the form builder there are three ways to place a form:

Share link: a link to the form you can send to anyone.

Embed code: paste it on any website, for example as a contact us or opt-in form on a client's existing site.

API: send submissions to the form from another system.

If you are using the Votel website builder, open the page, choose add a form, drag it onto the page and select the form you want.

Forms have a trigger. In the form builder you can set an automation to run when the form is filled out, for example sending a text message alert, using the built-in workflows. You can also just tell the AI assistant something like: when this form is filled out, send me a text message alert.
