How do contacts get into Votel, and what bulk actions can I run on them?
Everything in Votel revolves around a contact. A contact is created when someone fills out a form (including from ads), purchases something, uses a lead magnet, goes through a funnel, books through a calendar, or has any other interaction with a calendar, form or funnel. You can also upload a CSV file, for example when migrating from GoHighLevel: go to Contacts, click the Import button, drop your file and line up the fields when asked.
In Contacts you can group, filter and sort, use table views and pipeline views, and save custom views (for example leads versus customers). Files can also be attached to a contact.
For bulk actions, select contacts, for example group by pipeline stage and select everyone in a stage, then:
- Send a bulk email or bulk SMS.
- Launch the power dialer with voicemail drop, using the built-in web phone.
- Assign them to an AI agent.
